Matthew John Brady
Entrepreneur & Educator
Matt Brady is a serial entrepreneur with five successful exits across IoT, HR Tech, Fin Tech and Energy (three of which Matt held an executive role and led the diligence cycle)... and almost as importantly, a few failures from which many lessons were learned. He has proven experience as a chief executive as well as a “player-coach” in the areas of innovation, marketing, and M&A. Matt is a frequent speaker on business technology, customer relationship management (CRM), and educating our next-generation leaders. He has hundreds of hours of speaking experience at industry conferences, higher education, and community-building events.
Matt's work has been featured in many publications and industry forums, including the forthcoming book The Art and Science of Culture by Chad Carr, M.B.A., Ph.D. and Matt Herzberg, M.A., Ph.D. (ABD) with a foreword written by Tom Peters. The book describes Matt Brady's work related to systems that support culture and performance. By leveraging a combination of Decision Science and Behavioral Science, organizations are able to make key decisions that include qualitative criteria, unlocking the potential for distributed, diverse, multi-generational teams to focus on what matters most and achieve optimal outcomes.
