Oversaw interactions with outside counsel, multiple banking providers, the benefits & HR services provider, 2lemetry's physical facilities, and interactions with all vendors globally. Heavily involved in the capital raise process, including a significant institutional venture capital investment from Salesforce Ventures, and the subsequent acquisition of 2lemetry by Amazon Web Services (AWS; NASDAQ:AMZN).
